People are not willing and capable of thinking outside the box because they must conform and fit in.

We must constantly reinvent ourselves to be successful. In whatever we do, whether it is an approach to sport, whether it’s an approach to the work environment.
In leadership and management, you must constantly reinvent yourself.
It can be small changes, but you must change because if you stay where you are and still expect a different outcome, that is the first sign of madness.
You must start to reinvent yourself. Developing and growing can’t be done in one spot.
The world is going to throw challenges at you, and it will depend on how you accept or react to them.
Reinventing means how I adopt and adapt to the new environment. Everything has changed, the way you did business and the way you communicated and there are opportunities in that.
If you can reinvent yourself, you can align yourself with opportunities and make a success of your future, you can’t stay where you are.
